George Gacina

1952 - 1984
George
died in the Summer of 1984. I was
proud to call him my friend.
Friend? No, George was more than
just a friend. He was like a
family member to me; a brother.
George was a very brilliant man.
He excelled in anything he put his mind
to. I miss my brother, and will
always keep him in my heart...

I have been
looking for this guy for years. Since
Feb 1972. He did one thing one day at
Cherry Point MCAS that set off a chain
of events that changed a lot of lives. I
hope he rests in peace. 1984 is a
long time ago but certain things you
never forget. - Corp. M L Dunbar.

he wasn't very
talkative, but he was thoughtful and
considerate. - Angela Bonavita
